Thank you for volunteering for The BIG Event KU 2013!

This year’s event will be on Saturday, April 13, 2013. Volunteers will head out into the Lawrence community in one shift, starting at 10 a.m. and ending by 2 p.m. A kickoff ceremony will take place in lot 90, near the Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center, from 9 to 9:30 a.m.

If you are registering more than 15 volunteers, please click the following link to download an excel spreadsheet and fill out contact information for the volunteers before entering the Registration Form. All Big Event volunteers must read and sign a volunteer agreement before participating on April 13. To complete this process in advance, click the following link to download, print and sign the agreement: Volunteer_Group_Waiver_2013
