</a>The Big Event will host an informational meeting for registered volunteers on Wednesday, April 10 in Woodruff Auditorium, Kansas Union, Level 5. Group leaders and those who signed up as individuals are required to attend during one of three meeting times, at 6 p.m., 7 p.m., or 8 p.m.</p>
<p>During the meeting, there will be a short presentation outlining the how-to for volunteer check-in on Saturday, April 13. Everyone attending the meeting will receive:</p>
<ul>
<li>A group roster with contact information for everyone in your volunteer group</li>
<li>A description of your group&#8217;s job site for Saturday</li>
<li>Signup forms and waivers</li>
<li>Additional reminders and how-to tips for Saturday&#8217;s event</li>
</ul>
